Today is my fourth day, and everything is going well.  I have eaten the same thing each day:  Protein smoothie for breakfast, 2 veggie patties for lunch, protein smoothie in the afternoon, and one bag of riced cauliflower for dinner.  So around 800 calories per day.  I am trying to stay under 1000 calories per day, so doing well there and definitely getting plenty of protein.  Today I feel like I have more energy and may go for a walk after work!
