Starting week two! No problem over the weekend. I had my protein smoothie for breakfast both days, and veggie burgers for lunch. For dinner I had two eggs over two slices of 40 calorie bread for a 240 calorie meal, just slightly more than the smoothie.
This week at work will be challenging with a meeting every day that involves either a breakfast or lunch, or both. I will need to think ahead so I can stick with my plan with as little modification as possible.
